Red Vette w/ Black Stripes in Houston

So Im at this Bad *** Apt on Montrose in Houston tonight and I hear this car downstairs (from the 4th floor) so I step out and it sounds like it might have been blown. But I didnt get to hear it from outside but for a second. This thing sounded MEAN

Anybody know the car? All sound or is it fast?
