well if nothing changes im going to pull off my driver manifold this weekend and fix a huge exhaust leak and hope i don't break a stud off in the head! I hate exhaust leaks and it at the firewall on the driver side

where is it leaking at? on the head or at the V-band? i dunno exactly how your exhaust is set up...but hell.

bolt is probably already broke and that is why it is leaking!!!

well you know those "Turbo Trucks" are always having trouble with things and can't ever keep anything together....they act like it's all the boost and HP they are running that breaks things. i say its just bc he's scared of how this 6.2 is gonna whip up on his 6.0

i aint worried about you, ill do it with one header I don't even think its hurting the performance but it does make a little noise! But who knows..... its where the factory manifold bolts to the block in the very back!

yep i would put money on it it broke the head off the bolt!!
mine is broke,drivers side last exhaust bolt....i made a bracket to put pressure on the header flange to seal my leak
