lol.. just a direct swap of my white truck... its going to be a project for sure... Im going to have to work on the rear suspension on this one cause I dont want to break something cause of wheel hop or anything like that... I wonder if there is caltracs for these??

one good thing is that there is alot more selection on 15" tires in street drag radials...
yeah, I'll be in contact with carlos when Im ready to do the swap... and depending on the weight of the truck, it'll be gettng a bigger cam as well

AP... just to let you know, my truck is mostly stock (except drivetrain though). With saddle tanks, spare tire, bed mat, & 15" '90 SS chrome wheels w/ 275 tires, my truck weighs in at 4060lbs (add 195lbs for my *** in the sit
).
I've got to drop in at least one new tank (thinking of shedding weight by dumping one of the two existing tanks) b/c I've discovered a new problem... trash/sediment in the bottom that finds it's way up to the filter below 1/2 tank (16 gallon tanks). Looks like you have a NICE platform to start with. Now... I'd consider aftermarket ingnition system for that 454. Sounds like you have a nice return on the investment if the previous owner wants the 454 & trans.
