Default Opinions On Truck Only Race

All,

A friend of mine knows many track owners in Louisiana and Texas. He has also assisted and put on races at these tracks. We have been talking about putting on a truck only race. We would like to get input from truck owners about this race. Here is what we are thinking:

We will have a bracket class and some index classes.
Index Classes - heads up pro tree
15.00
14.00
13.00
12.00
11.00
10.00
Then maybe a heads up run what you brung class

Let me know what you all think.

Cool.....

Please spread the word about this. I've also posted this on a Nissan Titan Forum. I'd like to post on a Dodge, Ford, and Toyota but I don't know which site is the most popular for these trucks.

yeah I might be back in the states by then and have the motor in... you guys better look out... I am having the infamous 408 built as we speak... I havent choosen a forced induction system for it yet but I have gotten th enitrous figured up. about 150 or 175 shot. I am from Beaumont so anywhere in south LA or TX and I'm game. I hopefully I will be running... if not I will bring what I have now... no track times on her yet. we'll wait to see. what do you think?? whipple? turbo? perhaps 2? ATI procharger? radix... which do you prefer for the track/street. I havent had a forced inducted motor yet so I am fishing on it ... anyway... keep the word up on the races....

-just an idea... some small county airports will let you use their runways sometiems.... if we cant get a track locked on maybe look into that??

Depending on time and place, I would be willing to participate. I am jammed up till after the first of the year though.
