Any body going to NPR this weekend? I just got back from Mexico and I have no idea what's happenin

 

I think there's a NHRA event this weekend...

 

I haven't been in a while. I'm ready to go back.

 

Anybody going to watch?

 

i am, my buddy races In a NHRA class, ill be there.

 

Coming back from work today I could see all the trailers and campers at NPR from hwy 70. There will be a lot of people this weekend.

 

475 cars to be exact.

 

Well, After a fairly long weekend here are some pics.
The event went well, there was tons of people and the same for the cars.
I stayed Saturday night at the track in the Hauler

A dragster got out of the groove right after the finishline and his car hit the left lane barrier wall head on, He flipped 3 times in the air! The safety crew had to use the jaws of life to get him from the car! He was conscious but couldnt answer the questions they asked him correctly, He had no idea of where he was or what happened.

He was transported by a helicopter to the nearest hospital for screening

 

damm i would have drove down there to watch that ****
