Default need opinions on rims

well my girlfriend just got her first nice car, been driving around a 97 mazda protege for the past 5 years now. anyways we got her a 06 VW passat and she wants to put either 18" or 20" rims on it. just dont know what rims would look good on it. any opinions? thanks fellas

If you do 20s you will be replacing rims all the time with the low pro sidewall you would have to go with to make them fit and the shitty Houston roads.

18s ----- to me 20s look ghetto on small cars


Ive always liked this wheel on a small 4 door car If the car is black the black ones look good

20s look gay and ride like ****. Do some 18s at the biggest. Me, I'd do 17s just to keep a decent ride quality, but 18s wont be all that bad. Get it aligned after and keep ur eye on the rears for inside edge wear, VWs DESTROY inners

My wife's Cobalt has 18s on it and they are just right. I have always liked the multispoke/snowflake wheels like Brad posted on the VWs.
