are you running the stock valve springs?

did you see KB's thread? . . . . we're having all kinds of problems . . .crappy mechanic from the transmission.

Got everything sorted out... and i can actually see the tires are wearing faster
I loose traction at 3500Rpms in first...

All is well now...

greyghost said all was good with the new motor. sounds like its time for a gtg at prentiss again.

P0103 was set incorrectly... i over looked it...

But its all good now... man does it pull great... 120 comes faster than 90 use to with the 5.3

The exhaust note is a little meaner sounding... can hear it more than the whistle i was use to...

Ive kept the swap a little hush hush here locally... there are a few guys that are good at talkin crap... they think its the same ole 14.3 sec truck...

Funny thing is... everybody that passed by the house looked in the garage... not that easy to miss all that crap layin out and the hood stickin toward the sky, engine hoist, engine stand.....
It took me an hour to clean up that LQ4... its all shiney and looks good...

Even has a nice clean new Valve cover

Im goin to let the air out of your tires before you get in it... so you wont be able to race..... .
