Default Louisville won!

Guys Im stoked, louisvile knocked off West Virginia, 44-34. Now Im not a fan of either team but it helps out Texas alot. We should slide up to #3, and in a few weeks Ohio plays Micigan and that will put us at number 2 regardless of the winner. Right? Looks like if we dont mess it up we got another shot at the title. Its time to hoot some beers and celebrate!

Texas still needs some more help. These things might get Texas up to #2 in the AP and USA Today Polls, but we need some more help to move up to #2 in the BCS.
Assuming Texas and everyone in front of them wins this weekend (minus West Virginia), Texas should move up to #6 in the BCS, behind tOSU, Michigan, Florida, Louisville and Auburn. Even though it's a long shot, there is a possibility that we may need to worry about Rutgers and Boise State if they continue to win. Rutgers plays Louisville next week, which should take care of that, but enough people may try to make the argument for Boise State, although highly unlikely.
More than likely, Texas will need everyone in front of them to lose between now and the end of the season, in addition to a convincing win by either tOSU or Michigan in their match up. Upcoming regular season games and conference championships should help some of this, but all of us Texas fans need to be cheering for the teams ahead of us in the BCS to lose.
Hold up on having that beer for a while longer.
