Default Latest Mods..finally had some free time

Relocated one of my batterys
didnt have much time to work on it, so when i get home from this job i gotta make a bracket to hold the battery down. The zip ties are working fine right now
also have to paint it black.
Got to see how much wire i have left, might move my other battery beside it.

Jegs Diff girdle (thanks Sharpshooter )
Grabbed a gasket, some copper hi temp RTV and went by Fastenal to get some
M8-1.25 pitch 40mm long allen head bolts :nunchuk1:
These bolts fit perfect with a small washer, have about 1/8" before bottoming out in the housing. So it has plenty of bite.

forgot to take a pic without the spare tire, was in a hurry to get everything done and head to the track with some friends.

Picture off my phone,
Ace only had 30mm bolts, so i got what i could to make it thru till i went to Fastenal..

havent been on the internet in awhile so im uploading pics.. Update soon...

bout 10pm one night my buddy called me said he needed some help workin on a 4wheeler for his girlfriend.. so i went to my buddys shop and got the old honda 250 foreman goin, i brought my 4wheeler to make a loop around his farm. its fun blasting lil critters late at night

Well we got to the far corner of his farm when we saw a armadillar, he hit the brakes, backed up a few feet and swung the spot light around so i could shoot the critter. Well it had ran off before i could get it in the sights. back to first gear and it wouldnt go, it bogged down and the back tires started spinning.. haha um not good. This is what we found.....

Had to go almost 3 miles back to his house
got in the nearest cotton row and it drove straight, got to the road and managed to get it back. bout an hour and a half later ha..

Found some metal at work, got the cutting wheel on the grinder and got to work..

Rough fit:

Looking better:
I was testing for leaks, had one where i didnt overlap one of the welds where i started back.

Got on Jegs and waited a couple days
Fuel cell top, and 3 3/4" weld in bungs
here is how it turned out

Got it painted and mounted, got all the hoses ran and finally got all the air out of the system.
I can put 10# ice in it and have enough water to still circulate

After a few mintues of circulating the ice water, you cant put your hand on the intercooler for more than a minute its so cold.

I can make you a bracket thats similar to mine but a lil better built and prettier for a reasonable shipping fee
