Default interior creaking

whenever I make a slow turn, sometimes there is a creaking noise coming from the interior. the sound doesn't sound like its coming from the exterior, instead, it sounds like the whole plastic interior is swaying.

has anyone run into anything like this?

I've heard people day that it's the cab flexing and it's actually coming from the doors/ interior door panels... this applies to extended cab trucks, however I've never noticed it in mine.

I have this problem also. when i picked up my boat is where i first heard it cause i have to pass through a small ditch one tire at a time and you can definatly hear the cab twisting.
I've seen jeeps before and people 4wheeled them so hard with the doors off that they have a tough time getting them back on cause of the lack support from the doors being off.
hope this helps, your not the only one.

Mine made some wierd groaning noises when i started from a stop and when I came to a stop. It was the metal cables underneath the doors, they ran from the frame to the cab. I just sprayed some WD40 stuff on them and it went away.... Mine the steering column makes some wierd rattling noises, anyone else have that?

Mine does the same thing. It's the passneger side rear interior panel at the top. It was doing it one day and my passenger asked what it was, told her I didn't know. She pushed on the panel right there at the top left of the rear door and it stopped. I believe it's a defective clip that's the problem.
