if you leave the key out of the ignition and push the odometer button and hold it it will display mileage and hours on the truck. pretty nifty. it will not be accurate if you have changed clusters though or engines.

So, if I get a new cluster and install it, run the miles up on it, then put back the original cluster. Which is going to show? The miles off the original cluster or the new cluster with a bunches of miles?

each cluster records its own miles/hours... so if you put the original back in, its where ever you left off.

I knew that one, but learned something else. If you hit the little button below the headlight selector a couple times, it turns off the DRLs.
