and want to mod a 07 rcsb silverado with a 5.3 that is bone stock and i hate it want a lot more where do i start

spray is probably going to be the most bang for your buck. dropped a second and half off my stock time with a hundred shot. and u can find kits pretty cheap. that, a tune and a few bolt-ons u should be runnin a lot better

Longtubes,o/r y-pipe,custom tune,cai, and 4.10's. That should put you in the high 13's and if you put the headers & o/r y-pipe & cai on yourself-- then pay a shop to set up your rearend gears you should get that done for around $1500. That's what I'd do.
