Well i've got a thread up in the classifieds trying to sell some stock 5.3 parts. Get a few pm's with people wanting to buy the stuff. Well i've got my parts across town in a storage shed with all my hunting and fishing stuff that i didn't want at my house. So i head across town to go get the stuff so i can box some of it up. Well i pull up and my shed door is wide open. I look inside and my heads, oil pans, valley cover, a/c brackets, my browning bow and carbon express arrows, my tackle box and fishing rods, and a **** load of other stuff is gone.

I called the cops and had them do a report on it. But i asked the people around where my shed is about seeing anybody around it and they said that someone had broken into there house two nights before and stole their xbox 360, surround sound, and portable dvd player. Bad thing is i know the guy that they think did it and if i find out he did it he'll regret he was born.


sorry for the long rant. I've never had **** stolen from me and it sucks

 

that really sucks man, truely. Nothing makes you feel as violated as getting ripped off.

It's even worse when you know the person.

 

bad thing is this is a kid. he's like 17 or so. he'll **** up and tell his friends and ill find out

I'd just go to the guys house and have a look around. with a camera and cell phone.

 

Don't do anything without the authorities. Even if he was the theif he could still charge you for trespassing/breaking and entering. And if he wasn't the theif, you'll still get charged with trespassing/breaking and entering and you still won't have your stuff. It's hard to do but I wouldn't do anything without the authorities.

I haven't planned on doing anything stupid. But we live in a small town and i've been to the pawn shops already and talked to the owner of the local scrap yard. So if any of my stuff shows up there they know to call me... Plus i got a report at the Police department so i've done all i can for now
