I talked with the guy. He said he ran a 13.20 the previous weekend with the superchips only. No other mods. He said he wasn't running as good this past weekend even though the weather was better and he had reduced his weight some. I suspect he got the wrong ticket at the booth. It has happened to me before.

ap2002, what was your r/t and 60'?

 

leo, if I remember correctly on that run I had a 2.3 60ft and a .278 R/T.
I think the best 60ft I pulled was a 2.28

 

reaction time has nothing to do with your e/t. just lets you know how slow your reflexes are lol, i must be getting old because i used to pull .502-.510 now .750 and .850 lol

 

ap2002, if you don't get the cam installed by the 20th, i'd like to line up our trucks and see how my truck fairs against yours. we have similiar mods, maybe you have more than you are listing but that is alright. i also know my quickest time is .4 and 3mph slower than you but i feel like my truck is a little quicker. what do ya say?

 

what's up Leo... so you think I am lying???lol... nope I only have whats on the sig... the only thing that is not listed is the vette servo's which I just did yesterday... by the way I think I got a good deal on them, a buddy of mine that works at a dealership did it for me, he is the tramsmission tech there... if anyone needs some servo's installed in the houston area let me know... but yeah we'll line them up but the cam/springs is going in this saturday.... the only thing is I just talked to Allen this a.m. and he said he is booked for the next 2 weeks!!! he said if he finds a spot for me, he'll give me a call...so I dont know if my truck will be running good by the 20th?? since my last run was on full street trim, I am hoping to take off the tonneau cover, tailgate, hitch and spare tire for the 20th... I would like to see some low 14's???

hey leo go in there and some free mods to your truck. Trust me they'll help out. Do the bypass, descreen, egr and port your tb.
