Default Houston Area Transmission Work?

Where is a good place to bring my truck for transmission work in Houston? It could be my torque convertor going bad or loosing my O/D. I don't have the time or place to drop the pan to check for debris to find out.

Can I run a stock converter with my 216/220 cam?

Thanks,
J.R.

I like Circle D Transmission on old Hempstead Highway. They are in Northwest Houston. You can run stock converter, but it just wont provide maximum gratification. I run my 212/218 without a stalled converter and dont have a single complaint.

I'm really thinking hard about it. My main hold up is that it might just be the torque converter. I'm building a house so I want to save as much as possible. I'm REALLY thinking hard about it. It's an awesome price!
