I am waiting to see if I can do one last mod before Sunday..
it's looking like I will be able to make it, but would like to get this one last item done.

 

The list never ends. Damn rocker arms have backed out after 3K miles I hope. Otherwise the truck wont be at the GTG. Im going to go pull the valve covers I think the rockers just backed out cause I didnt use any loc tite on them when I put them on. *crosses fingers*

 

damn cody ... I convinced my girl to go the night before to the rodeo so I can go on Sundat to HRP. she was all for it. I have only been back for 2 days and so far my LT's are in, cutouts are in, ory, new PCM, new plugs and wires and a fresh set of toyos. I still have to tackle the N2O (tomorrow) and the tranny will be friday I think. the guys who helped me with my exhaust work did a pretty good job on making everything work. I have a cutout right behind each header collector.... I havent opened them up yet but I am sure it will be ****. I drove it for a day with just open LT's and it sounded mean as hell. I cant wait to get the tranny done and the spray in it. the rear end and cam/pushrods/springs/stall will be next... I may be calling you for some tips on the nitrous install...

 

I havent even made it out to the truck to check and see if the rockers are screwed Im lazy

Bike is fucked up too. I rode through some water from the sprinkler system at my apt complex and when I turned to go into my garage I hit the front brake the front tire locked up and I dropped the mother ****** on me. My foot is still sore as hell 3 days later Now it wont start. As long as you hold the starter button it runs fine but as soon as you let off it dies. Runs fine while holding the button. Also the damn headlight doesnt come on when you turn the key on like used to and the left blinker stays on solid. I dont know **** about working on bikes. Im dropping it off at the Honda dealer next week to get them to fix that and do an oil change and trans fluid change on it. Ill pay to get the bike fixed you cant afford to make a mistake on a bike if you do you are dead

 

I hear ya, I lowsided the same way a while back gravel got me though. Sounds electrical, imagine trying to ride holding the starter and working the throttle. I hope the dealer doesn't rip you off. They seem to charge ri-freaking-diculous labor charges.
