crank is back in the block I will finish building the motor tomorrow and only 7 beers were killed this time instead of the usual 12 so this motor ahs a chance
Is it a bad thing that the motor was built on friday the 13th?
maybe it means it will work right

for the last few days I've been debagding my truck, I work on it for about 45mins every morning when I get home... to say the least my thumbs HURT!!! the heat gun really works but still is a pain in the *** to remove all tape that stays stuck, so far far all the thick tape is off now is just some little residue that is left..... I've been using the heat gun with some WD-40 and its been working... but overall the truck is looking alot better.... it will look alot better after the esky handles go on...

Your 100% right on that!

Took me damn 2 hours to check all the piston clearances and what do you know 4 counterwieghts had less than 8 thousandths clearance.
