I usually use Clear Lake Flowers, they're off of El Dorado.
You go 45 south, exit El Dorado, then follow it around and make a left over the overpass. Continue down and pass Highway 3, and it will be on your left hand side about a mile down. They have nice boquets in there and can specifically make you one as well. 281-488-3838

There's also one off Allen-Genoa, but I forgot the name of it, I have used them once as well.

They deliver anywhere and you can get some nice stuff anf its reasonable. I have ordered them from Iraq for my mom and sister and my girl... they always deliver the freshest stuff too... it looks nice. They have a pretty nice website too...

 

rosewood flowers on fannin, they are in downtown Houston but they deliver everywhere for pretty cheap, and they are one of the cheapest that I have seen around town....
