Unhappy Help! No Guages

Hey guys, I need some help... None of the gauges are working in my truck right now. Worked fine at 6 tonight when I went to a lady friend's house. Come out side bout 3 hours later and notice nothing moves when I turn the truck on. So I turn it off and back on, nothing. I drive it home (less then 6 miles) still nothing the entire way! Unplugged the adapter for my dvd player and plugged it back in with the doors shut and lights off and all. Still nothing! Anybody have an idea I can try? No gauges, tach, speedo, nothing!

It was my damn dvd player... I went out to the truck this morning to go to work and I got nothing. no cranking, nothing. So I take the dvd player out again and just unplug it alltogether, try to jump it and then it would start to click. So I had to sit there for 15 minutes because the damn thing ran the battery so dead! I'm going back to the stock radio!

It's wired to some $140 adapter that has given me nothing but trouble! well, it worked for about a month and 1/2 with no problems. But at first it would just shut off, and shut my lights off, kill my horn, all sorts of things. All that caused that was me installing it with the door open. I called the company and they said to close the doors and make sure everything was off and plug it back in, then tada! it all worked. Well, Tuesday I took it apart and rewired it because I am gonna need to move the brain for my DVD player from inside my console so I can put something else there I probably didnt tape something back up or something small and stupid. I'll sit down and take it all back out and rerun it again tonight. I dont have a time limit today so I can tear it all apart
