Sorry Guys, I didn't realize that some may not be familiar with the event. As some have explained, this is a fund rasing event for the Muscular Distrophy Assoiation where they take members of the community and "lock them up" in a make shift jail somewhere in the area. Usually it is in the center of the mall but this year it is being held at the Black Angus Resturant in Panama City. However they have changed the rules a bit over the last few years. Years ago they would literally arrest you the day of the event without prior warning and would hold you untill your bail was met. The bails were much smaller though. Now they contact you several weeks in advance and present your goal so you have a head start to raise your bail as the amounts are much higher now.
