Default got the truck back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the truck back today from the dyno shop im pretty satisfied with the numbers it put down on the second pull it put down 328hp and i forgot the torque and on the third and final pull it put down 321whp and 333ft lb.
but it shifts early at wot like 5400 rpm's and when the torque converter locks up at like 40 to 50 something it makes a god awful clattering/ just weird sound. Why does this happen to me and it doesnt down shift at the mphs it use to. The only good thing is the numbers it put down. I think it has more left in it because the place i went was not that great at tuning at all.

You need some tuning software so you can do everything yourself!!!!

Good numbers though!!!!

Nice #'s. What rpm did the hp peak at? Sounds like you need a better tune.

That chattering sound like chains draggin'? That's knock, don't keep doing it.
It's all in the tuning for the shift tables, hell i'm no expert but mine used to do it too. We moved the converter lock up to about 60mph and adjusted all the shifts.

The only way you will be able to beat shmccool is if his trailblazer isnt performing right due to him having to take a ****.

its scary so you you think there is nothing wrong just have to get it tuned right. it like a weird screw rattling sound and it only does it at 40 to like 60 mph and only when im in it pretty good with the torque converter locked. im going to get it checked out tomorrow. It was scaring me when did you hear it when yours was doing it because sometimes when i would regular accelerate when the torque converter was locked it would do it but really quiet its weird.

Yeah, it's not good for the engine. For me, having the converter locked at less than 55mph is lugging the engine so we moved the TC lock up to 60 and it unlocks at ~53mph. When I have to go over the hill (that's mountain for you flat lander's) I just keep it in third.
Get your tuner to take a ride with you and he can easily correct the issues.
