this has already happened under jimmy carters rule,

Yep, I was also reading that congress was trying to put together some kinda law or something to prevent speculation from driving up the costs of oil... But I doubt it will happen cause they leave for summer break at the end of the week....

We should lock the doors and not let them back in. Cut all their benefits and lay them off with 2 weeks pay in had. Now we can elect some people that give a sh_t about "WE THE PEOPLE" and the "USA". I'm for helping other counrties, but after we help ourselves. I'm so sick of those @#$%^@$% in Washington.

it was $4.01 for 91 here and it dropped to $3.86

I think it's a game really. Every now and then it'll have a big drop. Then more people buy gas (increase in demand) and the prices jump higher than they were before the drop.
