I just looked at the calender, and yes it will hurt if I don't fill up on that day. I won't make it home from work. LoL. That coincidentally is my scheduled day to fill up. LoL.

If it worked in 1997 when internet was nothing like it is today then it should work very good.Anyone see proof that a 1 day boycott worked then?Seems like if it worked so good then it would have been done more since 97

Everyone will fill up the day before, or the day after. It makes no difference. Also, in 1997, I don't remember gas being high enough for people to gripe.

I hate to say it (cuz' I drive and love V8's), but in order to really stick it to the oil companies, we need to consume less. That is all it is. Supply and demand.

Get creative. I only drive my truck to and from work as of right now. On the weekends, the fiance' and I put around in her 4 banger Kia. It helps.

1 day wont do ****. If you could get everyone to do it for a week or so maybe. But boycotting one day wont do anything. They wont lower thier prices. Hell if I was them and you boycotted me. I might raise prices. YOU have to have it no way you look at it. You can not get gas, not go to work, not get groceries, not get paid, starve, go homeless, and die.
