well I called them and its going to be getting taken care of first thing in the morning... I'll just have to be there @ 10 when they open and they'll fix it while I wait.

they were one letter off on the model number, it's possible a newbie pulled the speakers and didn't know the difference...

I'm not into sound systems either.... I just wanted something clean sounding and good quality... thats why I bought the brands I did...

 

That's the reason I quit working for a sound shop.. They were always trying to pull something over the customers eyes and new guys pulling stuff = wrong stuff getting installed.. I got my *** chewed too many time because of the wrong stuff being pulled by the newbie in the shop. Might be the reason I do all my own installs and build my own custom boxes.. Anyone need a custom box built?? i gotta get some cash for christmas
