I didn't drop anything off my truck and ran with 3/4 tank. I figure about 5050 lbs.

well just did a little research and seems like I have the "Fastest ECSB 5.3 N/A" title!! lance had the exactly same times as me when he used to have his truck 13.79 @ 97mph... but since his is gone... I'll just have to take the title for now....

like I said, I take the title for now.....I know before this year ends there will be quite a few of EC's running low 13's N/A... but in the mean time the title is mine!!!
I know stuart has his truck running good and I give him big props on running a 13.80 but it still aint better than the 13.79... so that means I got the title for now.....
also remember I left early that night so I know I would of done a little better if I would of stayed... and I still got quite a few weight I can ditch to bring it even lower..... and I had just installed the new converter and I have not tuned for it either.... so who know's???there will be alot of competition this year on EC 5.3's, and Im gonna be running in the middle of them!!!

. i think my new goal will be to run a 13 second 1/4 at full weight. i hate stripping it down almost as much as i hate putting it back together. i think restalling my converter to about 3200 and a decent cam will accomplish my goal.

I mean, I believe it, but don't know how the hell you pulled it off. You didn't happen to weigh it Friday night stripped down did ya? Hey, list your mods too, I'm seriously thinking that I might be able to pull it off with my 04 too, but not sure. This thing I've got now is pretty fast for the short list of mods.
