Default EGR Block off???

I know a few of you guys have this done. I have already gotten my EGR tuned out and removed all the hardware and the valve out of the intake. I am eventually going to be putting my N20 nozzle in there but for the time being I just want to cover the hole... what did you guys use to cover it? I was thinking about just a small piece of plate with the one bolt hole drilled in it and some gasket sealer on the intake to keep it from leaking... any other suggestions?

I spaced it cause when you type 13/8 it gets confusing, to me at least. No you need 1-one and three eights inch rubber expandable freeze plug

Not to take this off topic, but does anyone know if the 06 Silverados have an EGR valve? I was peeking around in the engine bay when I first got the truck and couldn't see one...
