I was just checking the schedule for track and noticed it was closed for construction. Apparently they are completely rebuilding the track.. Check out the pics, should be nice once it's done!!

If only they would make it a 1/4 mile track now... I'll be there when it opens though, the lq9 should be in the truck this week.

 

not possible to make that track 1/4 mile...and it will still be a **** hole unless they get rid of those junk metal guard rails.

 

I heard it used to be 1/4 mile but people kept running off into the woods.

 

there's a creek back behind the track now....I guess they could make it 1/4 but that would be more work than it would be worth. 1/8th is plenty for just about any of us truck guys. btw, DLT, do you have any pics of your truck? I'd like to see some...

Dang! man i didnt know they were doing this! My dad said it was a 1/4 mile track a long time ago....i wish it still was.....this is great news. Should be awesome when they get it all done, we all need to meet up there and lay down some new fast times!
