Thanks guys. Im goin big this time around. I think i deserve it after all of the **** that i have been through. Im looking at a few LS1s right now. We will see. Wednesday, ill go ahead and get the heads off and take a gander.
Mark- I wasnt really being stupid with it lately. I was mainly trying to get better gas mileage with it. About two fillups ago, my dad threw 87 in it and there was a WOT blast that i couldnt help but go for but that was about two weeks ago. The night that it happened, i went to a party (i first heard the tapping here), then went to the bar, and then to Taco Cabanna (best drunk food ever....but i wasnt drunk
) On the way back from dropping off the lady friend at her car, i brought it up to full stall for a short moment then BLAM! clatter clatter crunch! "**** **** ****!!!!!" whilest banging on the steering wheel!

hahaha. Phone Tag.... your it!! Looks like ill be sporting the 97 F350 for a while until I can find a motor. Im going to be storing the truck at my dad friends house for a while. This sucks!!!

It appears that something hit the bottom of my truck. The hole made in the oil pan is pushed in at an inward angle.....funny? I told my dad that and he is gonna have the insurance people look at it. Im really hoping that it what it is. If thats the case, we will only have to pay the deductable and i wont even have to get my hands dirty.... the only drawback is that ill have another 5.3.

Get them to cut you a check for the labor and motor, then use that to buy a 6.0 and put the rest in your pocket, you gotta learn how to work the ins companies cause they'll damn sure work you

That is what I did with my Mustang when I blew my motor and it caught the engine compartment on fire.... I pocketed a lot of money for labor..
