When I fried my piston, mine developed a vibration. Did you ever check your plugs?

 

Yet another FLT taking out an engine!

 

The thing here is I believe the trans has now got two up on Beau. Meaning this is the second motor. He did send the trans to us to look for the vibration however it all looked really good. I did look for a bent output shaft because Beau had lost a drive shaft. It looked ok when I spun it on the lathe. I changed it as a precaution and I threw a new set of 3-4 clutches in it. Dynoed it and sent it back. Maybe this recent explosion was the vibration.
