So you have old school BIG POPCORN texture on your ceilings?
Or is it little texture like on walls?
In any event you should have called me up, i know i'm a painter but i can hang drywall/sheetrock and patch stuff etc etc.
Had to patch a nice 4x5 hole the SHEETROCK crew put in the hallway on a house not long ago.
Funny how it's their job to hang instal and texture yet they put an enormous hole in the wall and blew texture over it like it did not exist.
Some of that nondomestic labor for ya right there. JFWY.

I feel your pain!!! Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago at my Girlfriends house!! I was trying to plug in a attic fan and put my hand on a 2x4 support and it gave way and I went down hard!! Just missed the jewels but got a nasty bruise on my back and leg!! I only weigh 145 and the 2x4 wasnt properly secured!! I should sue the builder!! House is only 3 years old.

Added a catwalk this weekend before I painted the kitchen. Adds value to the house anyhow. Here's an attached picture or two. As for the popcorn, I know it's slightly smaller, but for someone coming in not looking for a difference in popcorn size, you won't notice. It's even blended into the original (or so I think it's all original) ceiling.
