LOL, like I said though it happened to me 2 times before I figured out I was buying ****. They looked real too. Came in a nice wooden box with a glass top. It was sealed with a holographic "made in cuba" sticker. Everything looked legit except for the toothless vhato selling them to me.

Don't get me wrong. I'm no genius with cigars, but it's funny that people always say they smoked a Cohiba and it was "amazing." Cuban Cohiba cigars are generally pretty mild.

Also $100 worth of Cuban cigars is means you probably smoked about 5 cigars, and there's a pretty damn good chance they were fake. If you got them in Mexico, the only places they're real are high quality jewelry stores or the actually cohiba factories.

I would know because it took me 3 trips to Mexico, Belize, Jamaica, and the Grand Caymans until I figured out that the $10 cigars I was buying were just mexican cigars with a Cohiba band on them.

Sorry for ruining your post. I was bored.

Ok, I think everyone misunderstood what I was getting at. What I meant was... after drinking for 9 straight hours, the cigar (official cuban or knock-off) is what made me in the end, too much smoke makes my head spin. I'm a light smoker, a medium drinker, and a heavy bullshitter. Therefore the cigar (cuban or not, still a bad *** gift) was greater than the alcohol.. that is all..

Oh don't mind me. I tend to spit out random comments sometimes. I know exactly what you mean though. I can't drink nearly as much if I smoke a cigar. I smoked a Rocky Patel Cigar a while back and had 5 beers and it felt like I had downed a 12 pack!

Cigars real or fake are the ****. I need to restock me humidor. I'm running low, and you've inspired me.
