Default cool front is here so cajun's got to make a..
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo!

here we have 2lbs of hillshire farm smoked sausage, some drumsticks, thighs, and bresteses.
of course you have to have some savoie's roux to make this happen...
and a beverage that you like

been marinating for a day...




onions, bellpepers, and roux simmering together before the chicken and sausage goes in....

home is in south central louisiana!
you bet cha it's pretty damn good!
i'm sure when i get back home we'll be able to have a gtg in texas or la or something.
