This same thing happened about 1 year ago too, but someone actually duplicated my card (cause I still had mine) and was in dallas charging up $1000+ at acadmey sports at the same time I was paying for dinner with my GF. My bank refunded all my money, but I had to wait until the charges actually posted in order to get my money, a few monthes later I got a letter saying the charges were fraud and I don't have anything to worry about.
