I was on my way to a Hold'em tournament, and rolled up behind a Sheriff Dept. patrol unit..
I was just sitting looking at the back of it when I noticed it and snap the pic with the camera phone...

well we both turned right, and well.. I would have, but it looked that he was in a BIG hurry to get to the Burger Joint.. LOL

Unless he's got nitrous, I only see one itty-bitty muffler. I'm betting it's only GM's 3.8L V6. Now... I've noticed that BRPD and EBRPSO have the newer 5.3L-powered Impalas and HEMI-powered Chargers. I don't think I'd throw a rev at those. With my luck, I'd get cited for inciting an exhibition of speed.

 

They have decided they love the chargers around here. There are a couple running around that are black with all black markings so they are hard to spot, until it's too late. I'll try and snap a pic sometime. I saw one of them this morning camped out by the high school which is about a block away from my house.

 

In Orlando there were a ton of LEOs who were hotrodders. I used to get pulled over quite a bit in the Vette, Cobra and massaged 5.0 -- just for sight seeing. One guy used to light me up to see if I had new mods

The good news on that is that I never got a ticket in any heavily modded ride -- even when I should have.
