no offense parish but no one wants to see another truck other than yours. they don't even want to see blacksheeps 9 sec pass on that site.

 

F-body guys are their own breed. And I don't mean the "half breeds" either, you know the ones that have trucks as well. Most die hard f-body guys are, uhm special in their own little ways. No offense meant, just for alot of them (not all) their **** don't stink and your truck is just a figment of their imagination. LOL

 

yet another reason why I avoid a lot of them... they are all kind of stuck on themselves... great runs BTW... your truck is gettn down out there

I'm a truck guy with a camaro. That's all I'll ever be until I turn into a truck guy with a corvette.

 

Few car guys give real respect to the truck guys.
Cars go faster on less horsepower, have better suspensions, better
aerodynamics.
They dont appreciate what it takes to get a truck to run somewhat fast

 

Those are great runs no matter what anyone says, and the video is right there to show it. And I agree about the Parish thing, but no offense to Parish at all. I was out eating Saturday night at a local board GTG and a mustang guy brought up Parish. And then a few weeks ago my body shop guy just randomly started talking about Parish's truck. But for some reason I don't ever hear anyone mention blacksheep, twotoneblown, etc.. etc..

Parish was/is on the forefront of the fast turbo truck deal and with the help of Kyle @ 1320video & Hotrod Mag. he gave people lots of entertainment and proof to actually see it in action, spanking bikes etc. Hell, I forwarded lots of his vids to friends and still do. He has a cool *** truck and great vids to back it up. That is mainly why everyone knows him. I have never seen a vid of twotone and maybe just 1 of blacksheep. But on your topic of that, I have a very similar set-up on my truck that he used to have(actually have Jim's old manifold) but it has already been done so it isn't anything that special anymore. That doesn't bother me though. I didn't build mine to do what he is doing with his truck. Well, maybe with my new clutch, 2-step, Caltracs and slicks I can get a vid of it pulling the wheels! LOL! Maybe people might like to see that. If I don't break something first!
