Hey v8... did your drivetrain feel funny at any particular speeds before going BOOOOOOOOM? Just curious. Mine phreakin' vibrates like hell at 90mph, then seems to mellow out at 95mph. But... something wierd is going on b/c the speedo starts jumpin like crazy at 98-ish (as if the output shaft on the trans is bent).

Oh yeah... sucks about the trans. Guess what, though... I drove my truck today for the first time since Tuesday, and I lost 3rd & 4th. Pulled out of a Chevron right outside my subdivision, and never made it past 30mph. Truck jerked then no forward movement. Limped home in 2nd. No codes or anything.

 

damn that sux's, welp off to bigger and better things right? ahhhaa good luck on the new trans, keep us posted.
