Anyone else have a hard time dealing with Nelson?

I ordered a fan harness last week and it hasn't been charged to me yet, and I can't get ahold of them, they don't answer the phone etc. Anyone else had issues with them? Seems like ever since I started trying to order stuff from them a couple months ago they never answer the phone, never return messages or pms.

they are just so busy.. i finally got a unlocked pcm from him and just decided to tune my truck myself with the help of guys here.. thank goodness i ordered my ls1 swap harness for my 94 before they got real busy.. they had that thing made and shipped in a week and a half..

being busy is NO excuse for poor service. I'm not that worried about it really since I have yet to be charged. However if I am charged and receive no harness, that will become a larger issue.

i know you guys say its no excuse... but wen i used to build engines... i wouldnt get back to people just cause i was so burned out i was at school, asleep or working....
trust me guys if you have never run a small operation you wouldnt understand...
please just give the guy a chance.... ive never dealt with him, but i know what its like to have people say stuff and trash your reputation without even knowing what youre dealing with

i hear that he just hired a new full time employee to do nothing but answer phone calls so maybe things will get better soon.







Plus this isn't the first problem I've heard of poor CS, this has been going on for a while.
