I believe you had great self controll and did the right thing although I think you regret not squeezing. I don't know if I would have either. Either way, that CCW should be yours in a heartbeat having proven security issues and personal restraint.
I was attacked, life threatened, at one time by 30 drunk men. I had one had on the 9mm I was packing the whole time but no one but me knew it, I never drew it from its concealed location, and grateful I didn't.

Man I am sorry to hear this man. Everyone thinks I am nutts for having gun on me all the time. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. I am glad you are OK and hope that (I am guessing from where you were your roomate) are OK. You can apply for your CCW on wednesday at woodrow wilson.

IN todays world if he was black and you are white and all it would have taken was one hollar for one of their followers, al sharpton or jessie jackson, and they would come runnin. Glad you didnt shoot, just they needed a good *** kickin!

you did good, but I myself would of had a hard time not pulling the trigger, or atleast shoot their damn legs and call the cops... but then they'll still be alive and would probably come back to hurt you, so might aswell finish them off.. cause I would like to live old and watch my kids grow than having some dumb idiots finishing me off for nothing...

One lesson I was taught when I first started shooting guns and even brought up a self defense joke. NEVER pull a gun and have any hesitation. if you pull a gun you better be pulling the trigger in todays world. What robber, thief, or bum doesnt have a gun? They see one they are in the right to pull one and fire back. L
Like someone mentioned before if he didnt have any weapons you would have problems defending yourself unless it was on video or something.
