another frkn decision...

Alright fellas. My neighbor across the street has an 04 RCSB Silverado w/ a 4.8l. He bought a corsa catback (touring/side exit) for it a few weeks ago but just told me a few min ago as I was going into the house from work that the wife won't let him put it on (rofl). Anyway, he does not want to bother shipping it and said he would give it to me for $300. This thing has not even been opened up yet, it's still in the packaging w/ the shipment labels. Alright..continuing on..so the other day a buddy of mine welded in a flowmaster 40 series single in/dual out muffler in place of my stocker and dumped it...well after about an hour of driving it I absolutely hate it...Everything vibrates in the cab from the drone.
Here's the problem. I have only have enough spendable money to either:
A.) take it to a place and get the flowmaster dualed out or at least something that isn't dumped right after the muffler for cheap and hope it stops the annoying drone. Then use the rest to get a Nelson mail order tune.
or
B.) Get the brand new corsa catback for $300 when most I've seen online are upwards of $650+ and in turn have to wait a few weeks until I get a tune.
decisions...decisions.
Any suggestions?

get the corsa and wait untill you can afford to put it on. It will be worth it and it will last alot longer than what you have. Just wit untill the insides come loose in the flomaster and starts rattleing that is the most annoying sound on earth.
