Default alignment

well i took my truck to get an alignment after lowering it 4/6, using belltech springs and spindle in the front and the flip kit in the back. Before lowering the truck the wheels were straight as can be but now they are butterflying in even after the alignment. The guy that did the alignment said that all lowered trucks would look like that because they are lowered, but i had read that the best alignment could be achieved when using spindles. any input ???? should i take it somewhere else to get an alignment done? if so, does anyone know where to take it in the houston area?

**** happens. You're still going to have a tiny bit of negative camber. It's part of driving a lowered truck. I believe spec is like 1.8* or something like that. If it's more than that then take it somewhere else.

Spindles usually are easier to align, but those springs definitely aren't helping your cause.

I know on lifted trucks that you have to put shorter top control arms on. Maybe on the bottom if you had a shorter arm that might help some.

Or call a drop shop. Doesn't one of the "Pay up Suckers" have a drop shop?

Plenty of guys run spindle and springs without an issue. Once in a while somebody has an alignment issue like yourself. You can buy some DJM upper arms or see if anybody has any used ones. They usually go for about $300 or less new and $200 or less used
