Speed Engineering, you need the flexplate spacer, harness conversion, different drive shaft, filler tube, you can buy the crossmember adapter but IMO if you have access to a welder then make your own.

not sure what its going to cost me untill monday, that price is everything included even the converter.

Parish commented about his junkyard 80E taking him into the 10's with nothing more than a transgo shift kit. IMO, if it will take that beating, it will hold up in your truck. I'm not sure you will like the first gear though...

Yes you are correct kevin that is what they are full, ONE HELL OF A FIRST GEAR. LOL and on a 26" tire NOTHIGN ater that.

I think it was Blownchevy that said when he went to an 80e that he hated it because of he installed the same size converter. He went up 2-400 rpms and it felt alot better.
