Randy. You shift at 6700 rpm and fall back 1000 rpm between shifts. Correct? That means your actual racing RPM is 5700 - 6700. This is with a 2500 'verter and 4.56 gears?

That's a hell of a shift extension. I fall back down to 4400 rpm after each gear shift with a 3.73/2800 combo.

i think dakata killer has a good cam already in place. i from having a xcab know that you need more rpm when shifting. i picked up a few tenths just from having my shift points raised from 5900 to 6200. 300 rpms in three gears means a lot for us.

also i am not a big fan of TCI. before i bought another cam i would look into swapping the converter out. i have a 3200 stall converter and think it's perfect for my truck. slowprocess had a TCI and compared to the Fuddle he has now there is no difference.
