it looks liek you still have the back bumper, lose it for a glass roll pan. did you take your jump seat and passenger seats out its pretty easy to do? spare tire equipment? hit the track with about a half tank of gas instead of a full tank. bedliner & tailgate? maybe some lighter wheels upfront

 

Had the pass. seat out.......didnt matter about my weight that day tho between the 60ft times and the heat it ran what it always has with full weight
Went a 7.90@89 friday night with a usually shitty 1.88 60ft leaving a LOT right there!
