Default 01thunders ladder bar

guys, i am trying to work with the admins to find out what we can do to open discussion about 01thunders ladder bar and keep it legal within the sites guidelines and without pissing off sponsors. there seems to be a decent amount of buzz around this at the moment and i ask that you please be patient while we work things out from this side of the table.

their is a difference between buying from a sponsor and doing a home project.
now if any of the sponsors sell ladder bars for our trucks as a kit then I can understand
the problem with a fellow member selling something on here and not being a sponsor.

now their is a big difference between a already put together kit to be used for year models
XX through to XX and a custom made set for your truck.

I can pick up the pipe and plate, I do not have a welding machine to put it together.
now someone offering their services locally to weld it up should not be a problem.
it my be home made but it will be a custom made set of ladder bars for my truck.

the design I have is a one piece bar..
the only weld on it is the plate that bolts to the axle..
one piece is a stronger design than having multiple welds along the bar..
I have allready had the welds on the prototype start to break, and had to go to a bigger plate, and add some support..
so far they have lasted longer than the first setup

I am not knocking a fellow member about him/her making there own set.
hell I did it I wish you all the luck in getting them made..

I am not, nor did I try to steal any customers from the sponsers..
I have just noticed that there arent currently any ladder bar setups offered for our truck..
to my knowledge there arent any right now..
and there where several parties interested in them.

but for now I am still researching, and I have most of the info I need..
thanks to those that have offered to help, and we will get things figured out soon...
I hope.

I dont have a @@@@ yet, we are getting some feedback as to how many guys are interested..
once we get things ironed out, I will be trying to set something up so that we will be able to offer these to you guys, for a reasonable @@@@.
