I would be willing to donate some cash to keep this site working better. It pisses me off with the damn viruses and the site going down and the server errors. I am sure others would be willing to donate some cash too. A few bucks from everyone should amount to some decent upgrades.

GMFS has a supporting member status, where you pay a little bit to get a status and a few special privelege, like icnreased PM box size or something like that. I'd be willing to donate.

Right now we do not need your donations but, a supporting member option with increased user options has been discussed in the past.

It is mainly software limits that caused the slowdown but, Brains(the resident computer guru and admin) made some custom code that seems to have taken care of the speed problems.

Anyone still having trouble lately?

I have been. Sometimes it goes very fast, sometimes it takes 20-30 seconds from the time I click something to when the page actually loads.
