I have a few threads that I subscribe to and have it set up to send me a instant email message whenever somebody posts anything new in it.
Every now and then I will not get the email.

 

Yeah, I have had this as well, more so on SSU though.

 

You want a sure fire way to get your notifications?

Go into your user CP and click "List Subscriptions".

Next to each thread, there will be a drop down menu. In that menu, select "No Email Notifications". When you log onto the site, click your "User CP" and it will pop up with all your subscribed threads that have a new reply.

This is much more reliable than the email notifications, especially with the little server glitches we've had lately.
