a rst does nothing for value?

 

it does, but the RST he's referring to is missing alot of the complete RST "package."

Plus its a 2007. In my opinion the only year Regency RST's that are "worth" more than others were the ones built in 2004 becuase we know for a fact exactly how many RST's were built, what color they were, and the fact that it was the first year they came out with them. Anything after that ur looking at what features they put on it and going from there because there's no way of knowing how many were made.
