If it were to happen. I think they should allow some options. 2WD, AWD option would be nice but the 14 bolt should be manditory. Instead of the G80 locker they should offer a a posi like in the TBSS. Sun roof option would be nice. I think they should also throw in a few more colors instead of just 3. Maybe Even offer a color they don't offer in a regular line up. Then do a sleeper version like they originally did with the VHO and V-MAX.

The way I see it, the 6.2 excab/cc's are essentially akin to the older SS's without all the badging. Just need it in a regular cab.

How about a 2 dr SUV variant, AWD, 6l90e, 6.2L, body kit like what was on the silverado ss, wheels like the TBSS. Quad bucket seats, and optional sliding rag top for open roof cruising.

I like most of this! How easy would it have been to do an L92/6L90 combo and put SS badging on it. The badging and cladding is pretty much all the older SSS is packin. Don't get me wrong, I love them, and my Denali is basically the same thing, but there is NOTHING radical about them.

If they were gonna go Boosted I would love to see something similar to the LSA in there. Hell even a factory boosted 6.0 with square port heads thats even more tame than the LSA for more reliability in the heavy trucks would be nice

GMCtrk is right though, current 6.2 trucks might as well be the same thing as the SSS, just not much to set them appart appearance wise. Especially since you can get color matched grilles and 20's on pretty much any truck you want these days...

Awd or 2wd option in both a rcsb and an ecsb, supercharged 6.2 with an80/ 90e, give the 2wd a manual option. I think those would sell like hot cakes and clean house in the truck performance world, alot of us would have to do some more modding because a production truck would be stealing our lunch money hahaha
