ive pegged the speedo at 120 in my 03 SS and hit the limiter in the 07 TBSS at 130...stock tune

 

138 in my truck according to my Hptuner program. and 175 in a 06 c6 corvette(highly modded N/A) (auto)(I wasn't driving)

The vette scared the crap out of me.

 

128mph - with hypertech/3.42s
120mph - with 4.10/tune ~5500rpm...let out because do not want to shift wot into overdrive stock trans.
150mph - jag (riding on air)
670616629mph - delorean
172mph - bike

 

raced a mustang in mexico today and he said we were doing 140+ when i was a little ahead of him and he couldnt pull (we were locked) his eyes were likeWTF is in that truck haha. i told him a full bolt on 5.3 i bet he's hating his modded up mustang gt about now.

gonna estimate around 135ish going downhill on the loneliest highway in the country, route 50 through nevada in the wifey's old v6 eclipse. didnt feel nearly that fast though.

 

I hit 125 mph in my 2006 Silverado Ext Cab 2wd 5.3 with 3.23 gears, 2" lift, bfg offroad tires, rollbar, bullbar, etc. I think I could've gone faster, but my limiter was set at 125 mph. I had miles of straight open road (I think its 7 miles of straight road). The climb from 96 mph up took forever; that's when my truck hit 3rd gear with the 3.23's.
