Default Tuscany, the new Regency?

I went to the Good Guys car show at Texas Motor Speedway last month and saw what I thought was a new Regency RST but when i walked up to it the windsheld sticker, centercaps, and headrest all said Tuscany. It looked exactly like the Regency RST did, still has RST sickers on it, just a different company name. I was thinking Regency reopened under a new name possibly?

Here's a link, and no I didn't get pics of it. Their website doesn't show any RST's on it but maybe they're coming out with them. Just seeing if anyone has heard anything about this.
